Kathy is an outstanding agent who works around the clock for customers! She responds quickly to questions even as late as 10:00pm and as early as 7:00am, If Kathy is too busy with customers she lets me know and gets back to me usually within the same day,. Kathy Knight has helped us purchase three homes. One was a HUD foreclosure and one was a WHEDA foreclosure. She knew exactly the right offer to bid to get the home and how to file all of the paperwork involved. We occassionally had to work after hours to meet their stringent deadlines and she was always available. I highly recommend her for her hard work and expertise.
