We bought our first and second home with Kathy, and we would absolutely work with Kathy again! Kathy has taken her time showing us a number of houses, and each time we had a viewing she never made us feel pressured or obligated to put in an offer. She is sensitive to buyers’ wishlists and has made our opinions feel heard and valued. She makes herself available day and night to answer questions, and we appreciated her clear communication and ability to meet deadlines. We highly recommend Kathy to work with anyone looking to sell or purchase real estate!
